When you’ve settled on the property you want to purchase, click on the Purchase Now button and follow the instructions on how to purchase your property online. Or, you may Contact Us and a Customer Service Representatives will assist you with any questions.. |

Decide how you will pay for your purchase. |

Reserve your lot with a minimum 20% down payment, then choose your financing terms, or |

Pay cash, and receive a 5% discount on the purchase price. |

Use one of the following methods to submit your payment: |

Pay your initial deposit online via Credit Card or PayPal. This will take your property off the market immediately. |

Issue a check or money order payable to Benjamin Schiff Attorney Trust Account for the balance of your down payment. |

Send a wire transfer to Benjamin Schiff Attorney Trust Account, Citibank, N.A., Plantation, Florida. ABA number: 266086554; Beneficiary account number 3200402139 for the balance of your down payment. |

When we receive your down payment, we will prepare your closing papers and forward them to you for your signature. Sign the papers and return them to us within 7 days. If you fail to return the completed paperwork in the allotted time, we will return the property to our inventory.
