Deed and Policy

Congratulations on your decision to purchase land from Florida Premier Properties!

After we receive your signed contract and down payment, we will complete all paperwork to transfer ownership and send it to you. Sign and return the papers to us within 7 days, and we will forward them to the appropriate county for processing. Within 30-60 days after closing, you will receive your deed and title policy (see examples below).

Your title policy is insurance that protects your financial interest in your property. Title insurance guards against defects in the title. In other words, your title policy protects you from outstanding liens and claims of ownership by other parties, either by defending the property against such claims or reimbursing you for any actual loss, up to the amount of insurance provided by the policy.

Mortgage lending institutions require title insurance to protect their interest in their collateral for the money owed to them. Florida Premier Properties provides title insurance on the properties we sell to ensure your peace of mind.
